The role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, go-getter and driven professional with a background in Insurance, architecture, construction, or engineering to join our Specialty team as a Construction & Engineering Specialist. Based in Auckland, you will collaborate across the business to support Ando’s strategic goals through innovative insights and analytical solutions.

Whether you’re already in the insurance industry and seeking a specialised role or looking to pivot your building industry expertise into a new sector, we provide the training and support to help you thrive in this role.
