The role

The purpose of this role is to assist Ando in achieving its goals and strategy targets through consistent improvement in monthly allocations, reducing outstanding payments and unallocated cash, and continuous process and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

As our Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing and improving our credit control processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing daily premium receipt allocations and bank reconciliations.

• Managing unallocated cash and following up on unpaid items.

• Performing analysis on overdue premium receivables and liaising with brokers.

• Reconciling customer/broker accounts and resolving discrepancies.

• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.

• Reporting on aged debtors and improving our credit control processes.

Qualifications and experience

We’re after a motivated professional who has:

• 2+ years of experience in a complex Accounts Receivable role.

• A good understanding of payment allocation and credit control processes.

• Experience managing debtors and working with allocation systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
