Our culture
There’s no room for egos at Ando – and that includes our leaders. Ando’s leaders understand that they don’t have all the answers themselves, are open to suggestions and are approachable and accessible to the team.
It’s a philosophy of trust and mutual respect for expertise that has helped build strong relationships and a powerful team dynamic where everyone has a voice, fresh ideas are encouraged and there is positive intent in everything we do.
Of course we have hierarchy here, but no-one would describe it as being hierarchical. We foster a culture where new ideas are encouraged, and you are helped to feel like an individual, not a number.
