The role

Ready to bring your recovery claims game to a company doing things differently?
Due to an internal move we’re looking for relationship-driven, people-smart professional to join us on the journey.

As a Claims Recoveries Consultant, you’ll manage a portfolio of third-party recovery claims across commercial and domestic lines. Your strong claims knowledge, paired with a knack for building solid relationships, will help us deliver smarter, faster, and more human-centered insurance experiences.

Responsibilities

• Managing third party recoveries in line with best practice and delegated authority. 
• Supporting and guiding our customers with empathy and professionalism. 
• Strengthening relationships with internal and external partners. 
• Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems. 

Qualifications and experience

• 3+ years of experience managing recovery claims (commercial & domestic) 
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, debt recovery and related processes. 
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A proactive mindset and a fun team.
