The role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a motivated professional with excellent relationship skills to join our high performing Personal Lines Portfolio Team based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Palmerston North.

Responsibilities

• Being the key point of contact for all underwriting referrals via our Broker portal
• Managing new business and ensuring the renewal of business is being retained by providing a first-class service and technical advice to our broker partners
• Being instrumental in process improvement
• Monitoring and analysing trends across renewals and claims

Qualifications and experience

• Have 2-3 years of technical and market-facing expertise within personal lines insurance products
• Possess exceptional communication skills across all mediums
• Be logical in thought process, inquisitive, and have a strong understanding of the New Zealand market and emerging trends
