The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional based in Auckland, to join us as Administration Support. This role sits in our high-performing Operations Team which makes up a critical part of our wider broker facing underwriting function. The team is supportive, fun and passionate about providing exceptional customer service! This is a great entry level role into Ando and creates a pathway to furthering your insurance career.
Responsibilities
- Processing new business, renewal and endorsement closings for all our commercial and Specialty lines
- Assisting with monthly credit control follow up of unallocated payments and resolution of mismatched items.
- Providing office back-up (such as answering phones) when necessary.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 1 year of insurance experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to intermediaries and by extension the end client.
- Will be able to thrive in detail, while looking to learn and grow in the insurance world.
- Will be comfortable following up documentation from both internal and external customers.
- Will be proactive with great verbal and written communication.
