The role
We are on the hunt for a people-focused Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Ando. This is a brand-new role, so there’s plenty of scope to make it your own. You will help us find and hire great people across the business, partnering with hiring managers and creating a standout candidate experience along the way.
It’s a part-time role (around 25 hours a week), and we’re open to shaping the hours to work for you and your stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles – from writing ads and screening candidates to interviews and pre-employment checks.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, tailoring your approach to support their needs and deliver great outcomes.
- Be the go-to for our ATS (Teamtailor), keeping things running smoothly and ensuring data is accurate and useful.
- Get creative with sourcing strategies to find the right people – not just the available ones.
- Help tell our story and build our brand as a great place to work.
Qualifications and experience
- 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring.
- A collaborative, proactive approach – you enjoy partnering with people and making things happen.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (bonus points for Teamtailor know-how).
- A passion for inclusive hiring and delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A good sense of humour, and a flexible, can-do attitude.
