About the role:
Due to an internal promotion, we’re on the lookout for an Insurance Administrator to join our busy and supportive team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes — processing broker invoices, supporting our underwriters, and helping our brokers and clients receive the best possible service.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing new business, renewal, and endorsement closings.
- Receiving and loading new quotes into our systems for Underwriter review.
- Assisting with monthly credit control — allocating payments, following up unpaid items, and resolving mismatches.
- Providing general office support (like answering phones) when needed.
About you:
You’ll be known for your sharp attention to detail, your logical and methodical approach, and your ability to take ownership of your work.
Ideally, you’ll bring some insurance knowledge gained in an administrative or customer service-based role within the industry. However, we’re open to hear from motivated individuals who can demonstrate these strengths and are eager to kickstart a rewarding career in insurance.
