Due to an internal promotion, we're now looking for an exceptional leader to join us as Head of Supplier Partnerships & Claims Services.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and optimising the ecosystem of services that support our claims function. From loss adjusters to specialist suppliers and service providers, you'll lead the strategy, performance, governance and evolution of our claims supply chain, ensuring it delivers exceptional customer outcomes while achieving commercial and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
Providing leadership of 4 direct reports and around 30 indirect reports
Developing and executing Ando's claims services, supplier and partnership strategy
Driving cost efficiency, service quality, commercial performance and operational effectiveness across the claims supply chain
Ensuring supplier and service delivery models support exceptional customer and broker experiences
Optimising Ando's agency and outsourced service models, making deliberate decisions about where capability should sit and how value can be maximised
Leading commercial negotiations, contract management, and strategic partnerships
Owning the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of Ando's claims services ecosystem
Identifying and developing future opportunities to evolve our claims ecosystem, leverage strategic partnerships to create competitive advantage and sustainable commercial value
About you
We welcome applications from experienced leaders across procurement, supply chain, commercial partnerships, business development, and service delivery. While insurance experience may be beneficial, it's not by any means essential.
What matters most is your ability to demonstrate the following:
Strong people leadership experience with the ability to operate at strategic, commercial and operational levels
Deep expertise in commercial partnerships, procurement, supplier management, outsourcing or partner-led service models
Strong commercial acumen, with proven experience negotiating contracts, developing strategic partnerships and driving value through partner-led service models while maintaining a relentless focus on customer outcomes
A proven ability to use data and insights to improve performance and inform decision-making
