The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of our digital transformation programme and its component work streams. This includes managing project administrative tasks, producing programme reports, assisting the Programme Manager in tracking progress, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting work streams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Programme Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating the transformation programme.
- Maintain records of programme objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and flag potential risks.
- Organise and document Programme Steering Group meetings and working group sessions, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Provide administrative support to transformation teams, including managing documentation, reports, and communications.
- Work closely with senior leaders and executives to coordinate agendas and follow up on action points.
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working on business improvement and transformation projects, with knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Have experience with governance forums and processes.
- Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Be detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Be reliable, proactive, and a self-starter.
- Be curious and eager to learn.
