If you've worked in underwriting, broking, broker support, customer service or another insurance role and have been thinking about trying something new, this could be your chance.

We're looking for a Property Claims Consultant to join us on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. You'll own the claim journey end-to-end, from first notification through to settlement, making decisions, solving problems and delivering great outcomes along the way.

We work in a broker-intermediated model, so you'll build strong, trusted relationships with brokers as well as customers. It's a partnership, and your ability to communicate clearly, confidently and with empathy will make all the difference.

What you'll bring

• Experience in the insurance industry - claims experience would be a bonus, but we're also interested in candidates who've built strong insurance knowledge in other insurance-related roles.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships

• Sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions

• A proactive, self-driven approach and a willingness to learn
